Portfolio Management and Demand Generation
The learning services portfolio development team is responsible for the support and upkeep of go to market campaigns and campaign assets to present the learning services portfolio to the
marketplace as well as delivering webinars and sales enablement when needed. A growing area of the portfolio team is social media which involves creation, publishing and promotion of blogs
The Portfolio development team is also responsible for the introduction of new products to the portfolio and new releases. This involves creation/adaptation of presentations and delivering
content to the field that helps explain the value of learning services to new customers.
Xcelerator Academy Demand Generation Manager
The Demand Generation Manager is part of the portfolio team and is responsible for effectively driving the “Xcelerator Academy” campaign and for the entire range of B2B marketing and sales
initiatives that generate interest in Xcelerator Academy’s learning offerings. Your activities bring prospects with a need for Xcelerator Academy offerings into our sales process, turn them into
customers and retain them for the long-term.
You will plan and execute the enablement of the various Sales teams (direct Sales, Inside Sales and Solution Partners) on the Xcelerator Academy value proposition and portfolio.
You will support different activities and initiatives of the portfolio team such as asset creation, sales enablement and steering the campaign in the right direction based on inputs and feedback
from the country operations and the industry marketing specialists. You are expected to present both to internal and external audiences.
The main objective of this position is to create demand for learning services offered by Xcelerator Academy.
You are responsible for the definition and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels.
You will work closely with country organizations, sales, and corporate marketing to generate demand and turn leads into order bookings and revenue.
You design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
You monitor and report campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads,
leads, initial sales conversations, order bookings and revenue.
You create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
You work closely with the cross-functional teams for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management.
You can understand the balance between our Xcelerator Academy offerings and what customers and prospects do so to be able to describe the value of our solutions
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- 5 years of experience in demand generation, Sales, or Marketing
- A strong command of the English language and good communication skills
- Ready and willing to travel as required
- Bachelor of science degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering discipline (Business degree is a positive)
