business afterwards. Meanwhile, a lot of customer meetings, phone calls, presentations and conversations
In bid stage, design a virtual team from global Siemens' entities and external partners. Estimate scope of
work and cost.
Once win the project, Manage a whole project in terms of schedule, quality, and customer expectation.
When a consultant project is over, find next opportunity.
・Minimum understanding of Process and Discrete Manufacturing process.
・Consultant, or relevant job. Preferable at Manufacturing or Industrial Automation.
・Native Japanese and Business English.
・Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills as well as Problem-solving skill.
Get hands dirty by oneself to find treasure in mud.
Sociable, Resourceful, Logical.
Being liked by others especially by customer.
Having upward ambition.
Dedicate and take responsibility until project end.
A couple of days business trips will be expected.
Sometimes visit manufacturing site.
