Job Description

Smart Infrastructure Distribution Systems (SI DS) Medium Voltage Switchgear Factory in Gebze is the lead factory for Air Insulated Switchgears in Siemens World and exporting more than 80 countries worldwide! For our SI DS Division in Gebze we are searching for a Training Coordinator who will develop, propose and/or implement operation specific learning methods or programs!

What are my responsibilities?

Developing and transforming the operations workforce in accordance with requirements and strategy.

Skill matrix standardization, preparation, update, and archive.

Plans, organizes, and directs learning activities - courses and programs in line with Operation strategies.

Cooperation with internal and external interfaces, scientific partner and technology experts based on lighthouse projects.

Leads projects to design new and customized learning programs by involving and discussing content and format of the courses with specialists and appropriate service providers.

Evaluates training effectiveness for the courses assigned and maintains the respective reports.

Continually analyze and evaluate learning processes and delivery against factory needs making decisions and proposals for improvements and implementing agreed changes to increase efficiency of assigned learning portfolio.

Collaboration with HR, other business units and/or management for tangible results and assured improvements.

Sets up appropriate communication/marketing to target audience.

Steers Business learning vendor management in conjunction with Procurement.

What do I need to qualify for this role?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, Economics, Engineering, or relevant Learning Field from University.
  • Substantial (approx. 3-5) work experience in learning environment.
  • Project Management skills and soft skills.
  • Experience with designing and delivery of various learning methodologies.
  • Advanced level of Turkish and English.
