HR Business Partner

Siemens is a global engineering powerhouse rich in diverse culture expanding over 190 countries.  We are currently looking for a motivated and proactive HR Business Partner to join our HR team in this dynamic and challenging role. 

Based in our national headquarters in Bayswater and reporting to the Head of HR, this role sees you as a trusted partner to several business units, and, as such, it is imperative you are confident in providing sound and relevant advice on a range of people management topics across employee relations, policy and process interpretation, compliance, and quality. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing Strategic HR programs (including people development, compensation and benefits implementation, organisational development and change) in line with the company’s people strategy and values.  

Your client base is geographically dispersed thus the ability to build effective working relationships and prioritise workload is key.

You are a strong HR Generalist with 5+ experience (preferably from the engineering Industry), coupled with a relevant tertiary education. You are able to build effective relationships and influence where it counts whilst collaborating with the business on their business targets. You demonstrate commercial acumen and have the technical expertise to hit the ground running.
