Position Overview

As our business expands its operations across multiple distribution partners, the Laboratory Diagnostic Sales Team is looking for a Coagulation Non-Acute Distribution Sales Manager to drive distribution sales. This person should have a working knowledge of Distributor sales models, strong sales skills, and knowledge of Coagulation is preferred. They should also be able to communicate readily with both internal and external customers and have strong business acumen skills.  

Required Knowledge, Skills and Education

-  Familiarity with laboratory diagnostics products and market

-  Experience working and collaborating within cross functional team

-  Strong experience with distribution sales, non-acute market, and funnel management

-  Previous capital sales experience with demonstrated track record of success

-  Ability to provide regular forecasts and assess channel partner performance 

-  Business Level interface with distribution partners on owned processes 

-  Exceptional customer facing skills

Required skills

- BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree

- Three to five years’ experience in distribution and / or Coagulation sales 

- Experience using Share or similar CRM tool

- High degree of business acumen to include standard competencies (financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer)

- Ability to develop and deliver business reviews 

- A minimum of 60% travel is required throughout assigned territory
