Siemens Global Business Service in Prague is opening vacant positions (part time base) called Contract Administrator.
What will you do?
- Data Collection and sorting for contract administration process
- Data Validation and Clarification with respective stakeholders
- Data transferring into standard format of respective Contract templates
- Completing contracts in the contracting tool including final sign off procedure
- Contract Archiving
- Contract status monitoring and reporting including preparation of specific presentations
What do we want from you?
- Upper intermediate level of English
- Experience with contract management is advantage
- Previous experiences in customer service / administration
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point),
- Analytical thinking, detailed oriented and collaborative
