You will As a O365 Tenant Backbone and Messaging Administrator, you will be part of the level 3 operational team, performing tasks related to Siemens Global Tenant Backbone and Messaging L3 service delivery.

The role can be based in any city with an Industrious location (preference for Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, or Mexico City)

  • Leading and operating Microsoft Exchange Online
  • Running and operating Microsoft 365 Tenant
  • Supporting cloud management and day-to-day operation activity.
  • Respond to operations related enquiries, acting as first point of contact in subject matters.
  • Automate reoccurring administrative tasks
  • Support Architecture team to implement new identity concepts to production environment
  • Supervising and reporting the reliability and security of the environment
  • Implementing Siemens and Microsoft security measures and fix related vulnerabilities
Basic Qualifications
  • Preferably 5+ years of meaningful work experience within the IT service delivery area with a background of Messaging and IT Back-end operations
  • Must be certified in SC-300 and MS-203 or MS-201 and MS202
  • Experienced knowledge of Windows Server Systems.
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Exchange Online and on-premises
  • Expert knowledge in Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Identity
  • Commanding knowledge in Microsoft Security Guidelines
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously, while focusing on delivery quality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experienced knowledge in scripting with PowerShell
  • ITIL certification
