Job Description

Role :  provide TechOps with centralized requisition processing and contract documentation processing.

Accurate and efficient requisition and contract documentation processing while supporting client initiatives related to Engineering Software Tools.

Position Description: 

Manage the TechOps requisition (Carts) process for hardware, software licenses, support & maintenance, subscriptions, consulting, and enterprise security purchases. 
Document in the HP Asset Management Contracts application, software license and support maintenance and subscription purchase as contracts. Includes the upload of relevant contract documents.
Maintain accurate updates to HP Asset Management Contracts application and provide analysis of contract spend as needed.
Collaborate with TechOps Financial Analyst on requisition requests, quarter end accrual and reporting
Assist TechOps Managers with budget or forecast questions
Collaborate with TechOps Software License Administration as needed to fulfill SW license needs
