The DI VM INTRALOGISTICS Head leads our dynamic team of industry focused sales executives and application engineers to maximize Siemens presence in the E-Commerce, Parcel handling, Airport Logistics and Retail Industry as well as dedicated OEM accounts in warehouse automation / material handling.


Our Vertical is chartered to maximize client’s CAPEX and OPEX spend in the areas of Siemens Digital Industries and Smart Infrastructure. The overall goal of our vertical is to support customers in the achievement of digitalization and operation efficiency through the application of Siemens technology.


Mission:

The DI VM INTRALOGISTICS Head USA sets US strategy in alignment with the global strategy, defines strategic targets, and takes overall top line revenue responsibility for performance across the defined set of focus accounts as covered by the Regional Account Managers. They personally establish and hold executive relations with key accounts and shapes Siemens’ role in the intralogistics industry ecosystem.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • 10+ years of successful sales experience in Industrial Manufacturing and or Intralogistics
  • Sales Management experience
  • Successful track record leading teams in a quota-based sales environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Automation, Drives, WMS/WCS and PLM Experience
  • Value Add / Solution Selling
  • Executive Level Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Travel: +30%

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • BS in Engineering preferred.
  • Selling automation solutions, PLM, &/or WMS/WCS to the E-Commerce, Parcel Handling, Airport Logistics or Retail Industry and/or dedicated OEM accounts in warehouse automation / material handling

Additional Experience Desired:

Customer Services with core experience in areas such as:

    Digitalization- Proven experience utilizing digital tools

    Business Development

    Cross-functional Leadership

    Strategy

    Processes Account Management

    International Matrix Organizations
