Marketing & Communications Executive / Manager (1 year contract)

Job Description

Roles & responsibilities:
• Support the Head of Marketing & Communications in planning and implementing regional initiatives that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead & demand generation to support business strategy and growth objectives
• Support the Head of Marketing & Communications in conceptualization, planning and managing regional internal and external events
• Develop, write and/or design content, marketing assets and collateral that effectively communicate the organization and business’ value proposition to internal and/or external target audience (print, online, social media, video)
• Analysis of competitors, markets and stakeholders, and identifying potential marketing and communications opportunities
• Work closely with and provide support to internal stakeholders (leadership, business units and in-market communications business partners in Regional Countries) to help achieve the objectives of their projects and programmes
• Work alongside other marketers and communicators in the team, co-leading and co-owning initiatives that are in line with the overall Regional Marketing & Communications strategy and objectives

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, mass communications or other advertising subjects preferred
• Excellent skills in oral & written communications, researching, copywriting, project & event management
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Skilled in Adobe Design (Photoshop, AI) and video creation & editing, a plus
• Experience implementing digital communication and marketing campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn, email, lead generation & qualification)
• Experience in planning and managing events, a plus
• Excellent in oral & written English
• Keen eye for good design and detail
• Creative thinker, analytical mind with interest in using data to optimize initiatives
• Dependable, independent and team-player
• Passionate, fun, and outgoing personality
