For Factory Automation, we are looking for SIMATIC IPC BDD (IPC wholesaler business development Manager). The main responsibility is to development of new IPC wholesaler in target area and branches, management of existing IPC wholesaler and support IPC wholesaler to develop customers and so on.
What are my responsibilities?
? IPC wholesaler business development
• Define IPC wholesaler development strategy and implement
• Define IPC wholesaler’s policy yearly and strategy of IPC partner, including IPC wholesaler to ensure the IPC channel well development
• Develop new IPC wholesaler in target area together with SU/TPM, BDD colleagues
? IPC wholesaler management and support business development
• Define the development strategy for existing IPC wholesaler yearly
• Frequently communicate with IPC wholesaler to support them to do IPC business well
• Check the IPC wholesaler’s stock and make the forecast of new order monthly
• Support IPC wholesaler to do new business, such as develop small new customers
• Support IPC wholesaler to develop own customers of IPC wholesaler
? Cooperation and support functions
• Technology training internally and externally
• Coordinate ESP, customer support & repair center and R&D as coordinator
What do I need to qualify for this job?
? Rich knowledge of PC regarding hardware and software (operating system level)
? Distributor management background and best with experiences of distributor management
? 3-5 years working experience in PC/automation field
? Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen
? Good presentation skills to present in front of large audience
? Ability for Teamwork spirit
