What are my responsibilities?

  • IT Service Desk is the single point of contact for our internal users and supports user for incidents, problems, or services requests
  • Identifies IT problems and seeks resolutions without impact to end user
  • Communicates with service providers to solve principle local IT problems
  • Contribute development of new processes&improvements
  • Support implementation of IT security guidelines
  • Examples of support topics: Windows 10 Client Support, Network services, Access Management, Employee onboarding, Asset Management

 What do I bring with me?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical and electronics engineering or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of English (written, spoken, reading and technical)
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL V4 or similar) with 3+ years experience
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other IT professionals
  • Hard-working team player, enthusiastic and eager to learn
