This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an IT Business Process Expert – SAP, you will be responsible for:

  • You will Provide full implementation support across SAP projects and issues through business requirements analysis, documentation, testing, training, go live planning, on-going support & issue resolution for Laboratory Diagnostics and Point of Care stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible to gather requirements and produce process flows and definition of new/modified business processes design.
  • You will Lead high level and detailed design workshops (such as VSM and Structured problem solving) to gather SAP business process requirements for complex demands and projects.
  • You will ensure that the process being implemented is in line with the company’s strategic and operational design and foresee future hurdles and prepare a mitigation strategy
  • You will be responsible for trending and requirement analysis to proactively seek optimization of business processes and future challenges of use
  • You will support backlog of use cases and partner with multiple internal functions and technology centers to design solutions.
  • You will understand the business needs and deliver prompt, efficient, quality service to the business; works to anticipate, identify, and meet end-user needs; drives outward results and ensures high-quality standards are met.
  • You will apply different strategies to convince others to change their opinion or plan, and win support from others for ideas; you will build support with peers without direct lines or reporting across a matrix organization.
  • You will create and maintain relationships quickly and confidently; work to build trust and partner with Business and Technical internal stakeholders
  • You will represent these use cases as you work with your colleagues across the SHS IT landscape

  • You should have SAP ERP expertise to support improvements across all DX functions End to End processes
  • Continuous improvement approach to SAP business processes leveraging value stream mapping and other lean methods
  • Practical understanding of how to design and implement solutions to support digitalization
  • Understand full application life cycle, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives. Post implementation, support project initiatives to expand the usage of the SAP solution to improve and expand usage of the system.
  • Good understanding of non-SAP business systems and their interaction with SAP eg (MES, LIMS, Data Lake).
  • Track record in Identifying opportunities to enhance existing business operations using new/existing SAP functions as a replacement of legacy systems and manual effort.
  • Practical experience SAP experience and knowledge essential in all modules relating to a manufacturing site including, MM, FICO, WM, PP, SD, QM, PS and PLM.
  • Experience working in Agile-Scrum framework and Azure DevOps (Scrum Master experience would be a benefit in this role).

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • You will have deep professional know-how and experience in supporting SAP ERP.
  • SAP experience and knowledge essential in all modules relating to a manufacturing site including, MM, FICO, WM, PP, SD, QM, PS and PLM
  • You are required to develop broad and solid knowledge of the core business domains and processes for full scope of Laboratory Diagnostics and Point of Care business and products
  • You are able and willing to explore and evaluate advanced process & data modeling flows and architecture solutions for business use case application
  • You have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) focused on translation of IT to business and business to IT
  • You work effectively in global, multi-cultural teams
  • Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence. Improves existing processes and approaches with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience within SAP ERP Environment, IT Business Partner Management and/or Business Analyst role(s)
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
