Job Description

Mission: 
- Take full responsibilities to conduct customer services on Siemens Process Instrumentation (PI) products including technical support, onsite customer service, technical training, returning repairs
负责执行西门子过程仪表产品相关的技术服务工作包括技术支持、客户现场服务、技术培训以及支持客户返厂维修等客户服务事宜

Responsibilities:
- Carry out standard or urgent onsite service activities for Siemens Process Instrumentation products
执行常规或紧急的西门子过程仪表产品相关的客户现场服务
- Onsite Service Report and internal service summary
撰写现场服务报告以及内部服务总结
- Remote Tech Support to the customers and distributors.
对最终客户以及代理商的远程技术支持
- Critical service case study summary and team sharing.
关键现场服务的经验总结以及团队分享
- Support customer for warranty / returning repair service
支持用户做质保申请服务以及返修服务
- Onsite customer training regarding PI products application and maintenance
过程仪表应用以及维护相关的客户现场培训

Qualifications needed:
- Bachelor’s degree with Industry Automation or Process Instruments related majors.
学士学历,工业自动化或过程仪表相关专业
- At least 3 years’ experience on the process instrumentation products application. Familiar with the process instruments installation, start-up, troubleshooting and commissioning
至少3 年过程仪表产品应用经验。熟悉过程仪表安装、开车、调试以及故障诊断等工作
- Good coordination ability, precise job attitude and good communication skills
良好的协调能力,严谨的工作态度和良好的沟通技巧
- Initiative and with good learning capabilities

- Flexibility of frequent business travels
