Team Assistant

Job Description

Your role:
• Your tasks will include 
o management of travel and accommodation for the Management circle of SMO. 
o Submit and follow up of expense claims for the management circle.
o Co-ordinate with concerned stake holders and arrange logistics for organizing trainings, events etc
o Plan and manage administrative tasks including organizing meetings, handle employee queries regarding tools etc.
• Keep track of management to team communication schedule and arrange for respective calls/townhalls in alignment with corporate communication
• In day-to-day business you ensure integrity and quality of the tasks you perform.

Your qualifications :
• You have a minimum bachelor’s degree, and you bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in handling administration and executive assistant roles,  within a diverse organization
• You are assertive and proactive
• You have high collaborative skills to co-ordinate with various internal and external stakeholders
