Procurement support with English (DPP/DPČ)

Job Description

The Global Business Services (GBS) and is an internal provider of services in Accounting, HR administration and Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a candidate to join our procurement department in Prague or Ostrava to support the procurement team with English  language.

Your tasks:
• You will be supporting the procurement process from the Purchase requisition to the invoice paid
• You will be in close contact with requester and the suppliers
• Your will support the correct buying according to company procurement guidelines and regulations
• You will support your Team and Strategic buyers and help them to optimize the process

What we require:
• Good command of English (command of Danish is an advantage)
• Very good communication and virtual collaboration skills
• Team player
• Knowledge of MS Office
