JOB LOCATION: Cary, NC
The NAM (North American) Customer Services Sales Support Professional will be primarily responsible for translating the NAM Customer Services Portfolio into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools as well as supporting Services Sales deal reviews and approvals. Working under the direction of the VP of U.S. Service Sales, this individual will routinely communicate with the Service Sales organization, Services Product Management organization, IT, and Pricing Administration. This role will also participate in driving change as needed to better align our processes to business needs and may expand over time.
Successful applicants will have a strong understanding of Siemens Healthineers service offerings, service sales processes, and CRM tools.
Develop, validate, and maintain services pricebooks within CRM framework.
Coordinate between sales leadership, finance, and marketing to review and approve service transactions within guidelines set forth.
Evaluation of promotions and/or purchasing agreements toward business objectives.
Participate in resolution of Services quoting or pricebook issues.
Support sales training, as required.
Drive transparency and accountability for service sales process adherence.
Perform analyses to help assess Services Sales deal quality.
Effectively communicate within a matrixed environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, or related field
5+ years sales and/or business experience in healthcare.
Familiarity with and ability to improve Siemens Healthineers’ sales processes.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide data to support executive level business cases and financial assessments.
Working Relationship/Direction of Others:
Represent Service Business Management organization.
Demonstrates collaboration toward problem resolution.
Working relationships with sales leadership, finance, and Services Product Marketing.
Fosters relationships and develops trust with internal customers.
