This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional looking for the next step in your career. As a Post-Market Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the product safety and product quality of our current Point of Care portfolio
  • Assisting in making both data-based and risk assessment-based decisions
  • Evaluating alleged product deficiencies to determine if reporting is applicable
  • Evaluating need for field actions
  • Monitoring and reporting on key process metrics and, when applicable, triggering the action to improve efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance

·   Providing additional support to Post-Market Surveillance activities and projects

  •   You have a clinical background and/or have field experience in a Point of Care or related setting
  • You have experience handling complaints in the Medical Device industry, specifically Point of Care devices and/or Rapid tests for the detection of Infectious disease
  • You are familiar with the complaint investigation, Medical Device Reporting (FDA MDR) and Field Action process
  • You are confident in MS Office; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills
  • You have a good understanding of Good Documentation Practice in a regulated environment.  
  • Familiarity with QMS Software products (e.g., Smartsolve, Trackwise...etc)
  • Experience with PowerBI (professional analytic software) preferred.

Skills required for success in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or a related technical field required
  • 3-5 years of experience, including experience in a Medical Technology industry or related field
  • Successful demonstration of the responsibilities outlined above.

·        Excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written) are necessary, since you are interacting with international customers.
