At Siemens Digital Industries Software, you have an opportunity to help drive the successful on-boarding of newly acquired companies into a globally distributed organization.   You will work closely with many talented Siemens colleagues from around the world – M&A, HR, Finance, IT, Compliance, Legal – and also work with the acquired companies M&A integration teams. 


Job Responsibilities


Reporting directly to the HR M&A Director for Digital Industries Software (DI SW), globally lead cross functional project execution for HR M&A projects.

Work closely with the M&A HR Director on the business requirements and timing to on-board new employees into Workday and various integrated systems.  This will include collaboration with inter-dependent workstream leaders in IT, Finance, Legal, Tax, HRIS/HR ops, Corporate functions, etc.

Understand the end-to-end HRIS landscape and integrated data sources for managing the M&A employee on-boarding process, including understanding the impact of stock programs and data requirements to process employee data.  This includes navigating complex systems structures within DI SW and across the broader Siemens AG.


Work closely with the assigned HR integration workstream leader on the data collection process and mapping of data to core data structures.  

Manage the pipeline of all M&A projects for HR and ensure readiness for loading employee data into Workday based on business requirements.

Lead weekly meetings with stakeholders to communicate acquisition timelines and project manage M&A on-boarding requirements and deliverables.

Maintain regular reporting and project updates in the form of dashboards, presentations and status reports and contribute toward and maintain the HR M&A playbook.


Create documentation on M&A employee on-boarding process, including co-dependent workstreams and support team functions and processes.

Implement HR M&A quality controls and continual process improvements.


Lead or participate in other HR projects requiring a similar skillset for project management, data management or other HR program management activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years of work experience in a large multi-national company, preferably 3 years in Human Resources

5+ years successful project management or program management experience

Experience working on M&A or other global cross functional projects

Data-driven, with the motivation and skills to improve workflows across interdependent functions.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability to achieve successful project results.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to be agile and pivot quickly as company needs change.

Ability to work autonomously and make thoughtful decisions quickly.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Scheduling flexibility needed to work across multiple time zones to accommodate meeting schedules.
