What are my responsibilities?
plan, setup and monitor workforce, environment and infrastructure according to the clusters manager demands, aligned with the MC R&D CoFs in order to support the resource customers (i.e. the projects) best.
organize and optimize the department including internal all processes needed to ensure a maximum effectiveness and efficiency of resources for best quality, respecting the SNC frame conditions and guidelines.
support the R&D Motor cluster and the R&D division to optimize the organization, environment and culture. support process design, projects (e.g. CIP) and initiatives, driven by SNC or MC
create, organize and maintain all technical documents, requested by the development projects, on high quality level, considering Siemens frame conditions
continuously develop staff according to regularly reviewed and aligned (with employee) individual development plans
ensure a safe and non-harming environment and work conditions for all staff
ensure all staff of the unit to act and behave in a compliant manner with Siemens rules and regulations
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor degree or above– mechanical, electrical or similar
>5 years’ experience in motor development management
Good at English both in spoken and written.
Good communication skill and teamwork.
Good ownership and positive attitude
