With structured/focused approach identify the customer specific needs by interviews/meeting with customer senior management. By closely coordination with different business units within division draw action plan with responsibility and schedule and implement it to improve the business.
Work closely with Consultant, EPC, OEM and end user to get Siemens approved as one of the preferred Vendor in the government tender. Product Enlistment at key customer. Budgetary offer support to EPC and consultant.
Interact with & influence/steer customers to decide on partnering with Siemens. Drive innovations and create confidence on sustained willingness of relationship. Ensure dissemination of knowledge/learning & imparting training to internal sales people for enhanced domain knowledge.
Regular communication with customers on trends/technology development/Innovation & Siemens successes. Organize workshop/meeting with management, formulate sector specific sales and marketing processes including market communication activities.
Understand Market requirement and try to develop Value proposition solutions with support from HQ, Product BD and by identifying suitable external partners.
Drive Digitalization in collaboration with Vertical sales and push Industry specific Siemens Digitalization solutions.
Identify the requirement in smart city project and in collaboration with key stakeholders develop the use cases which improves siemens participation in smart city projects.
Work closely with consultant, end user to develop and identify the core technology project which Siemens can bid directly in municipal corporation.
Close coordination with Water &Waste Water team in Germany for technical inputs and reporting of business through Global reporting tool “Siesales”.How do you qualify for the role?
B.E/B.Tech Instrumentation with 12-14 years of experience in field of Process Automation and Instrumentation. Should consist of Domain knowledge, water treatment processes, awareness of the latest trends and requirement. Must have good knowledge and experience of working with water customer.
