Here at Siemens Digital Industries Software we are looking for a Software Solution Sales Representative to join our team.

The candidate will work directly with the direct sales team in the Netherlands region to identify, penetrate, and cultivate new business opportunities within existing customers and within new logo’s. While working with a very experienced team, you have the opportunity to learn about our organization, the value of our broad digitalization portfolio, strategic value selling and driving sales in practice.

You will be responsible to drive sales and closing smaller opportunities within existing accounts and new logos. You will pro-actively look for and drive opportunities in the market to drive yourself. After a successful period as a junior sales the goal is to take on more responsibilities and growing into Siemens larger named accounts.

You are highly proficient in verbal communication and coordination with internal organizations. As a sales associate you are able to understand and bring forward the key value proposition of the Siemens solutions. Success in the position depends heavily on the candidate’s ability to build a trusted partnership with the sales team, and the ability to learn and develop in a commercial role at a fast pace.

* Able to grow existing accounts by identifying new divisions, new entities, and qualifying new additional prospects/contacts

* +2/3 years’ experience within the industry

* Background within an engineering, manufacturing or process industry is preferred

* Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce)
