Job Description

Mission of Function

Prompt and effective fulfillment and tasks assigned by MOF DM,various monthly reports,MOF general affairs administration,ISO 9001 and EHS  documents controlling in MOF.

Areas of Responsibilities/Tasks

Various monthly reports for production.

MOF general affairs administration,such as office materials,shifts and overtime arrangement and etc.

ISO 9001 and EHS  document administration,including documentaion approval and document distribution to certain stations in the production line.

MOF intranet webpage maintenance.

Support working time statistics and incentive calculation monthly for production line employees.

ISO 9000 and EHS  audit supporting,keep all the relevent instructions and quality records valid.

Lean administration in MOF office.e.g. 5S management.

Attendance Handling:

1. Shift adjustment for white color and blue color team leaders in ahead, if any;

2. Attendance check regularly;

3. Deal with abnormal attendance records for white color and blue color team leaders regularly;

4. Ensure correct attendance data transfer to HR.

Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience

Work Experience (years) : 0-3 years

Work Experience (type): Good communication skill in English,administration experience,assistant experience in foreign company,good at MS office software.
