Business process improvement expert

Job Description

We are seeking a Business process improvement professional who would carry a role of an internal business partner for process improvements and optimization within functional operations, consult and evaluate our organization's operations performance and make recommendations to drive operational efficiency.

You should be able to understand the health of selected or multiple operations within our business functional areas ( e.g. Finance, SCM, HR, Logistics, Customer service,...).

In addition, you should be capable to consult business lines representatives (several levels) in order to:

  • determine the scope of operational improvement initiatives, evaluate and recommend effective solutions
  • contribute to business process optimization across various business lines functions (e.g. evaluation of KPIs, eliminating redundancies, streamlining workflows, improving communication, reducing risks, forecasting changes, etc..)
  • support evolving our continuous improvement strategy
  • You would be also:
  • keeping transparency over optimization activities
  • mentoring, motivating and influencing project teams/individuals in determining process improvements

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Customer service - in any combination, with proven track record of delivering services in these areas
  • excellent communication skills, comfortable with managing and driving change
  • ability to analyze work processes using interviews, observations, data analysis, and various analytical techniques to identify performance and productivity barriers
  • ability to evaluate and lead optimization and process improvement initiatives
  • ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
  • advanced MS Office skills
  • English and Czech as must (German as an advantage)
  • strong team player who can also work independently
  • +
  • knowledge of SAP - highly welcomed
  • experience / certification in process improvement methods (Lean, 6Sigma,etc.) or experience with data analytics tools is a plus (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
