Project Manager M&A - Transaction

Position Overview:

As part of our Investment Planning and Execution (IP&E) team, we are looking for a Project Manager to support our end-to-end M&A process with a strong focus in Transaction execution.

The candidate will support and drive Acquisition and Divestiture projects within DI SW as well as other Corporate Development activities.  Additionally, the candidate would be involved in the continuous improvement of our tools and processes.

The IP&E team is responsible for M&A execution within DI SW working in a strong partnership with our Corporate MAP M&A team and reporting into the Finance organization.  Reporting line to IP&E Head.  Number of members of the team: 10.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for M&A project execution within DI SW.

Key activities:

- Project management (along with MAP M&A) on Transaction projects

- Valuation, Business Planning, Market Research

- Due Diligence with strong focus in Finance

- Transaction execution

- Support Next Gen of tools

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • B.S. Degree in Finance / Business or similar
  • M&A Transaction experience (3+ years)
  • Technical knowledge in Valuation / Business Planning / Due Diligence
  • Travel – estimated around 10-25%
  • Ability to learn
