Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

POC LDA PLM & OPS Controlling is chiefly responsible for, by providing transparency on current status and enforcing measure implementation for future performance, and ensuring proper and guideline adherent processes for oPLM projects Controlling:

Product cost target setting, tracking & optimizing

Set product cost target with factories according to portfolio strategy.

Deep analysis of production cost vs. target.

Define actions with PLM teams to ensure execution for product cost target achievement.

PLM Project Controlling (Including R&D project and Localization project)

Ensure guideline adherent processes for oPLM projects in their different Milestones

Provide Business Case, EVA & CAPEX Card to ensure transparent and accurate finance overview for new products

Identify the potential risks with professional analysis and seek opportunities with PLM teams to optimize project target achievement

R&D Project cost controlling

Localization product Quotation preparing:

Work together with OPS, PLM, SCM to prepare the quotation of Localization product to QCC

To provide competitive price, seek opportunities to deduct the cost

R&D cost center controlling

Ensure accuracy of Planning & Reporting for R&D cost

Tracking the cost and finish the charge with HQ

Other Controlling topics:

Transfer pricing

Service level agreement

Other supports to PLM and R&D

Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience:

5+ years of experience in key financial functions like controlling, accounting and auditing etc. in multinational companies

Familiar to financial accounting and reporting structure of Siemens would be value added

Good business understanding with experiences in different commercial backgrounds

Clear understanding of value chain and value flows of the business

Responsible and reliable with good communication skills

Be open-minded for changes/ new opportunities

Professional Knowledge

Knowledge of accounting and closing guidelines in both IFRS and Chinese GAP

Knowledge in commercial controlling tools and processes

Knowledge of applicable tax laws and regulations

Fluent in English and Chinese


SAP/SAC: Finance and Accounting related modules

Microsoft Office Tools and how they are used to transmit key messages. BI tools skill is a plus

Business experience:

Financial excellence expertise, e.g., Cost management, Business forecasting and financial analysis

Soft skill:

Analytical and logical thinking skill, fast learner and growth mindset to changing environment

Strong coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders
