Job Description

Define and implement the marketing strategy of digitalization portfolio including newest and most innovative DCS
product "SIMATIC PCS neo" in the Japanese market.

-Responsible for marketing strategy in local Japanese market
- Promotion activities to external customers (brochures and presentation materials, website, new customer
development, road shows, exhibitions and fairs)
- Support to sales force as an expert in product application including training
- Go-To-Market and Partner management
- Market research (potential customers and industries, product acceptance and customer feedback on
price and technology)
- Participation in global promoter and expert calls and conferences

-Experience in Process Automation industry as a Sales or Business Development personnel
- Understanding of Design and Engineering in Process Industry
- Fluent Japanese and satisfactory English (for communication with Headquarters/Germany, paritipation in
global calls, reading product documentation)
