As the Head of Customer Insights for Sales you will be integral part of digital transformation at Siemens in IT Marketing & Sales team. 
This role is responsible for global customer Insights enabled by analytics and AI solutions leveraging Customer journey across Marketing and Sales. 

Your Mission: Enable the businesses with customer insights with state-of-the-art cloud platforms and innovative IT solutions aligned with the IT Digital Sales strategy, enterprise architecture and technology trends. Therby, close collaboration with IT Digital Analytics & Business IT will be key. Change the future with us!

What part will you play?
  • You will develop a Customer Insights Strategy 
  • As the Owner of the Boost Go 2 Market Strategy you will be responsible for simplifying the Customer Experience (UX) for external personas, the Support Customer Journey as well as the Digitizing of the Marketing and Sales journeys.
  • The IT solutions facilitating digital interactions with customers and partners
  • You will be the IT Owner of Customer Journey across Marketing and Sales as well as the IT Owner of Personas for Marketing & Sales
  • You support Digital businesses and models and are responsible for the Next Gen Analytics, which includes leveraging the Tableau cloud for business usecase   
  • In this position you are the Interface with Cross Functional areas within Sales and IT Sales team (Marketing, CPQ, Pricing, Ecommerce) and act as the IT Support in additional digital go to market models
  • To provide forward looking recommendations you develop roadmaps to ensure that we are utilizing resources effectively and efficiently to drive increased profitability and excellent customer service

What you need to make real what matters.
  • The basis for your success is a bachelor’s degree in any related field, whereby an MBA in Business is a plus
  • You have extended management experience and leadership skills for technical and functional teams 
  • More than 5 years of experience in leadership of international teams as well as more than 5 years of experience in people management (project or team lead experience) make you a suitable candidate
  • You can prove more than 7 years of experience with sales, marketing technologies and cloud platforms 
  • You have in-depth knowledge of user experience, customer journey and order-to-cash processes
  • Ideally, you additionally have more than 3 years of experience in leading UX/CX teams in Sales and proven experience in digital transformation at a large B2B company as well as experiences with Salesforce
