This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • You will be part of a team that supports all IT operations and provides support to 47 US and International pharmacies
  • You will resolve a variety of IT issues reported by phone, ticketing system and email, ranging from network troubleshooting to lab equipment connectivity
  • You will be part of the after-hours on call rotation
  • You will focus and take ownership of IT Support tools and Help Desk processes and service improvements
  • You will manage and report on the support KPIs

  • You have experience with IT Help Desk processes in various roles
  • You have great communications skills, interpersonal, written and verbal
  • You able to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to understand the root of the problem
  • You are able to prioritize and multitask several issues at once

Required skills to have for the success of this role


  • Proven work experience in IT help desk roles
  • Hands on experience primary with Windows OS and Server environments, Linux is a plus
  • Experience with virtualization XenServer, VmWare
  • Industry specific certifications with ITIL, Microsoft are a plus
  • Experience working with the cloud technology (AWS, Azure)
