What part will you play?

Become a part of our international, multi-cultural, interdisciplinary communications team. We create value for all our stakeholders (employees, customers, shareholders, etc.).

  • You strategically plan, implement, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for social media working closely with internal stakeholders 
  • You focus on improving and maintaining a positive user experience and a consistent customer journey for our main campaigns 
  • You are responsible for target group segmentation, user engagement and content performance on social media advertisement & search engine advertisement
  • You also set the pace in organic search engine ranking & digital / programmatic advertisement 
  • You will conduct audience and market trend analysis, as well as competition benchmarks
  • You measure the effectiveness of our communication by defining and monitoring KPIs, including analysis and interpretation of data. Based on your results, you decide  which actions to take regarding the improvement of our campaigns
  • You collaborate with and enable other colleagues in the organization by managing a community of performance marketing managers

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of paid digital media marketing 
  • You are quick to comprehend, and a goal driven individual
  • You have an analytical mind, are detail oriented and enjoy working with numbers and statistics
  • Besides, you are considered an expert in your field, and are used to working in international, interdisciplinary, agile project teams
  • You have set up and managed paid media campaigns on biddable and PPC platforms including Paid Search, Display & Social Media
  • You are an expert in Audience targeting, keyword research and selection, ad group structuring, A/B testing and experienced in using the respective tools (Google Ad words, Twitter/ LI/FB advertising & analytics etc., AMO)
  • Experience in copywriting as well as landing page testing and optimization is a plus
  • You are familiar with web analytics and tracking
  • Media targeting and listening are part of your everyday tasks, and you are able to immediately access and control the important tools (sprinklr, AdServer, AMO, DV360, native analytics suites etc.)
  • You are curious and your work ethic is to get your hands dirty & dive into datasets to find insights or areas to test. Plus, you have experience handling large data sets and preparing data for analysis (sprinklr, Adobe Analytics, Ad Hoc Reporting, Media Optimizer)
  • You have a proactive, inclusive attitude coupled with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, allowing you to build a strong network across all functions, divisions, geographies, and hierarchies
  • You are available for occasional travel
  • You have fluent English communication skills
