The Tools and Infrastructure Professional will work with internal stakeholders to identify business processes requiring IT support through automation and tooling improvements. They will translate those business improvement needs into a technical solution through requirements identification, definition and specification creation, all the way to solution identification and implementation. They will utilize available tools such as Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to create, test and deploy the defined solution. This individual will maintain and support these solutions to meet the business needs of the organization and scale as the organization grows. To do this they must possess business and technical knowledge to review workflow, documentation and user surveys, and analyze data to identify a solution to a business issue.  In addition to supporting the internal IT needs for the EWS organization, the Tools and Infrastructure Professional will represent the NAM EWS organization in discussions and development of global tools designed to support the EWS portfolio including the integration of these tools into the NAM portfolio and processes. This individual will also conduct any training required to facilitate the acceptance of these solutions both internally and externally and facilitate the implementation of these solutions in customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and evaluate new technologies
• Responsible for management and maintenance of productivity tools
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications
• Design, implement and support business processes including the development of automated solution to support the EWS team
• Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish scope, goals, and requirements for solutions
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts then develop and test the solution
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
• Validates results by testing programs.
• Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
• prepare regular reports for all interested parties

Success Measurements
• Understanding of healthcare education marketplace, preferably relative to diagnostic imaging and therapy.
• Develop solutions to support productivity improvements and bring automation into the EWS organization
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, ability to present.

Education / Knowledge / Experience 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years’ experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
• Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
• Development experience using business automation tools such as Microsoft Power suite (Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI)
• Required Travel 25%
