This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a IT Partner/Professional (Operations Analyst), you will be responsible for:

  • In your activities you will coordinate complex production support activities for systems and subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data.
  • You will perform very complex research and consulting on all aspects of effective and efficient computer operations function and supporting technologies.
  • You will develop, recommend, and implement creative solutions to improve the efficiency of operations
  • You will manage and be the key contact for complex updates and maintenance tasks for the following areas:
    • Loading and maintenance of the approved production plans and forecasts into the system.
    • Maintenance of Accounting, Routings, Labor Changes, and Work Center changes.
    • New part Material Master set up process.
    • Resolution of Production Order Variances.
    • Managing system demands through the engineering change process. (Risk buy, EC demands).
    • End of Life analysis, scrap exposure of unique materials.
    • IT related issues (Testing of proposed changes, Help tickets, Role authorization requests)
    • Mass data loading or system changes (PSA’s, locations, Kan bans, material master, or planning changes.
    • BOM maintenance, COGI Errors, Routing creation/changes.
    • System changes to support evolving purchasing strategies.

  • You have excellent PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Knowledge in the production and planning areas.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Significant SAP experience / knowledge
  • Demonstrate a high level of critical thinking in bringing resolution to high impact, complex, cross functional problems
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting, with both internal and external contacts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • SAP Experience
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above. 
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
