This is a fantastic role for an outstanding sales leader, with the ability to grow business volumes whilst building and developing relationships with our key customers and contracts within the Polish Building Services arena: M&E Consultants, Main and M&E Contractors, Vertical Markets, End Users and related decision makers & influencers.

The role will include extensive travel to our Siemens offices and customer locations across Poland.

This is your role. What part will you play?

As Head of Sales, you will drive and monitor the achievement of the agreed sales and growth targets of the sales team and territory in line with the RSS Global, Regional, and Country strategy for the defined RSS portfolio.

You will:

  • Be a proven sales leader, who can develop our footprint within the market, whilst guiding and delivering increased volumes of sales
  • Lead by example to motivate and encourage the team and generate a consistently outstanding customer experience!
  • Establish and intensify business relationships with decision-makers and influencers at all management levels, opening the door for bid teams until the contract is signed
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction and success throughout clear commitments and agreements in the sales phase
  • Recruit and retain top talent ensuring succession planning and performance management as required
  • Collaborate and actively participate in European sales leadership communities
  • Act as a role model to support positive collaboration and communication within the Country, Region and beyond
  • Drive and use a systematic data driven sales management process ensuring consistent CRM stewardship throughout
  • Define strategic acquisition targets, how to win key and strategic opportunities, "cracking" strategic competitor customer’s
  • Drive development of robust Customer Account Plans to maximize our share od wallet
  • Act as the first customer concern instance for corresponding cases and topics
  • Systematically process the installed base (migration, contracts, service)
  • Prepare required sales concepts, arguments and sales documents for the various target groups
  • Support business development with strategic key customers as / when necessary
  • Responsible for the sales process and approvals as required
  • Champion local promotion of new portfolio ensuring development of sales competences as required to deliver growth ambitions

  • We are looking for someone with a consistent track record of achieving business success as a sales manager, with experience of leading and developing a team of front and back-office sales personnel
  • Experience in the complexity of matrix structures, experience in leading and membership of virtual teams
  • Market and customer portfolio experience, within building services engineering
  • Expert knowledge of sales processes and experience in implementing a high-reaching sales strategy
  • Confident, professional and customer focused appearance at all levels of the hierarchy
  • Contact ability and ability to build and maintain networks
  • Ability to motivate & self-motivation, endurance and perseverance as well as high social and social media competence and enthusiasm
  • Fluency in business English language, strong collaboration skills, and a positive, growth mindset will be critical to your success
