At Siemens, we are striving for status transparency and collaboration among all company parts, especially in the countries. A service has been set up in CYS to facilitate this.

The Service “Country Cybersecurity Reporting & Collaboration” is to establish a global status reporting based on Key Performance Indicators for transparency of the security compliance status of Lead Countries, and Business-owned R&D and Factory locations in Countries.

  • Countries will benefit from knowing each other’s status, challenges and solutions.
  • The Service provides a global basis for all Lead Countries, called LC Cybersecurity Council, where country-specific needs and requests are identified, bundled, and addressed towards Siemens organizations.

The Service Manager Deputy for this service will assist the Service Manager in all his activities. The Service Manager Deputy will also carry out individual activities related to the service, such as

  • Support activities for some or all Country Cybersecurity Officers in the tool environments: ACP web tool, VURIOUS, VARK, Risk Repository, Exception Handling Tool, Special Network Repository, INSIGHT, 6-D-Testing, ...
  • Organize training sessions for country-based audiences about relevant Cybersecurity topics
  • Support to Country Cybersecurity Officers on any topic demanded.
  • Help finding the most relevant counterparts in the Siemens ecosystem needed for moving individual topics forward.
  • Maintain the CISO-ARE-list for Siemens

What do I need to qualify?

Experience:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity environment.
  • Experience in collaborating in global teams and projects
  • Experience in service behavior

Education/Skills:

  • English fluent proficiency (additional languages would be valuable)
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Interest and drive to continuously improve
  • One or more security certifications like CISSP, CISM or similar would be valuable (not necessary currently holding the certification)
  • Advanced user know-how in Microsoft Office tools.
