Mission of Function
The duty of the QMiP is to act and operatively support the Project Manager as expert and partner by planning, supervision, ensuring and reporting of appropriate activities regarding failure prevention, effective proceedings (pro-active & re-active) and continuous improvements over the entire PM@S process. Of particular importance is the authority to intervene at any stage in the project, if proceedings impact targeted results negatively.
What are my responsibilities?
Ensure quality control activities complied with PLM process requirement during product life cycle.
Maintain and continual improve Siemens PLM process in SEWC.
Lead DFMEA and APQP activities.
Lead quality knowledge sharing cross business lines and implement training.
Drive change management process optimization in development phase.
Support product certificate audits in SEWC.
Support integrated management system activities in SEWC.
Drive lessons learned across projects
Develop, control, and ensure the implementation of a quality plan for projects
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Overall knowledge and experience of quality management in development phase.
Knowledge and experience of APQP, practice on DFMEA.
Knowledge of product certification. (UL/ FM …)

Knowledge of ISO9001.
Capability of Leading and coordinating across department.
Capability of communication with fluent English.
Project development knowledge especially agile development knowledge
