This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Product Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • You will collaborate closely with global product managers to understand business needs and recommend the most effective communications strategies, plans, media channels, and tools to help achieve business objectives
  • You will write and edit sales collateral, including product messaging, brochures, case studies, webpage content, tradeshow communications, and other related materials  
  • You will develop integrated materials to support key product and/or solution selling campaigns with a focus on web-based awareness and lead-generation programs, including search engine optimization, search engine advertising, organic and paid social media posts, webpage development, and eblasts
  • You will work side-by-side with our internal creative services group, outside agencies, and other vendors to execute various communications initiatives
  • You will create and maintain timelines, while managing projects from creative direction and development to legal and regulatory approval to production

  • You have demonstrated mastery of multiple business communications disciplines, including integrated campaign development, sales force communications, advertising, and digital marketing
  • You are fluent in digital omnichannel communication and demand generation with demonstrable experience in writing for web pages, developing landing pages, developing digital customer drive-to tactics to company’s digital properties
  • You have strong PC skills with a mastery of MS Office software, especially PowerPoint
  • Since you will collaborate with colleagues throughout the world to develop promotional content for global use, excellent English language skills, including very strong oral and written communication, grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities are required
  • Previous experience leading the development of case studies—both print and video is desired
  • You can effectively manage multiple projects concurrently—from concept and strategy development through tactical execution
  • You appreciate and are sensitive to a global environment and cultural differences

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, advertising, or related area required. Master’s degree is desirable.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience with a proven track record of accomplishments in marketing/marketing communications/advertising/business management
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
