Finance Digital Transformation Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to join the Mobility Finance and Performance Management team, which will have two main aspects, a strategic and a technical side.

The strategic side of the role will include but not limited to understanding the process challenges facing the Finance team, and to evaluate and prioritise the challenges where a digital solution could achieve maximum impact. The focus of this role is to develop a digitalisation strategy for Finance, challenging traditional ways of working, to transform to a highly digitalised Finance function, and drive the implementation of the strategy across the Finance teams within Mobility.

The technical automation and data analytics side is to implement the digital strategy. This will include but is not limited to the design and implementation of digital solutions for prioritised items including visualisation, automation, analysis and financial modelling. This will encompass but not limited to the use of RPA, Tableau, PowerBI, SAP Hana and Alteryx as well as identifying new technologies to deliver digitalisation initiatives that address the identified challenges. The role will also be required to establish and lead a digital community to promote and support the use of the technologies across the Mobility Finance function.

This position will require a high level of independent and critical thinking as well as collaboration across the Finance function and practical digital solution implementation to bring a Finance digitalisation strategy into realisation.

  • A proactive “can-do” attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, managing, prioritising, and delivering multiple projects
  • Strong data visualisation knowledge and methodology with a proven track record of delivery in tools such as RPA, Tableau or Power BI
  • Effective engagement and good communication skills to address all levels of the Finance community
  • Change management skills to design, implement and optimise processes with drive and energy
