SHD DX POC National Sales Head- Shanghai

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.  Work seemlessly with local and HQ management team to set up local GTM strategy including product mix, BP channel setup, sales recruiting, key account management, and ensure timely and complete execution.
2.  Work closely with MSC and other cross function if needed, to proactively manage business in compliance regulations to ensure BPs’ comprehensive competency. 
3.  Actively work with marketing and BD Dept. to position current PL and fully drive business growth as well as proactively initiate diversified coopearation e.g. local partnershipin in emerging market according to market growth oberservations. 
4. Sales target setting, budget planning to ensure sales productivity.
5. Lead sales team to excute local GTM strategy, plan sales activities by region and KoL to support annual business goal and long term business growth. 
6. Analyze local market dynamics, competitor activities, government policies and propose agile business solutions to maintain continuous business growth.
7. Leverage internal&external resources to ensure high customer satisfaction and KoL loyalty. 
8. Ensure strong team execution upon CRM request, maintain high quality pipeline, win/loss analysis report to ensure market transparency.
9. Guide and give consistant coaching to sales team for capability enhancement, sales team development, motivation and retention.
10. Other tasks assigned by local and HQ management team.

Requirements:

  • >= 10 years' sales or related working experience in healthcare industry, experience in IVD in preferred;  >=5 years sales management experience. 
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in bioengineer, biomedical, radiology etc., MBA preferred
