Job Description

Technical support and promotion of SIEMENS innovative products and solutions to customers

- Technical knowledge of entire SIEMENS Digital Industries portfolio for technical consultation
- Focus on control systems and related hardware/software for Process Industries mainly DCS system
- Coordination of internal and external resources to design and propose innovative automation solutions
- Cooperation with sales force to provide technical support and training to Partners and Customers
- Participation in global calls and conferences
- Troubleshoot software, connectivity and hardware issues for customers via phone, email
- Resolve very complex technical problems to meet customers' needs



-Understanding of Process Automation/Factory Automation and Digitalization
- Language skills: fluent Japanese and satisfactory English (for business communication with
Headquarters/Germany and for reading technical documentation)
- Handling experience of Automation products (i.e., PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS etc.)
- The knowledge of network technologies. (e.g. PROFINET, CC Link, Ether CAT, Ethernet, TCP/IP).
