Mission/ Position Headline:

  • Develop and Execute the Customer Development Planning. 
  • Consultative Selling for Product, Services and Solutions business 
  • Account Manager for Multi-National and National Company in F&B, Chemical and Oil&Gas 
  • Order Intake Forecast Accuracy

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Business Development for Assigned Verticals (F&B, Chemical and Oil&Gas) 
  • Sales Representative for Assigned Customer (20 Customers) 
  • Bid Manager

Dimension of Function/Volume:

  • Achieve the individual target from assigned customer: IDR 21 Billion / year 
  • Maintain the opportunity pipeline 2x individual target 
  • Order Intake Forecast Accuracy 
  • Customer Satisfaction 
  • Consultative Selling 
  • Increase Share of Walley.

Experience:
  • Level 3
  • Experience in Engineering and Sales role
  • Experience in execute and selling Automation, Electrification and Digitalization portfolio.
  • Experience as account manager for Multi-National and National Company in F&B, Chemical and Oil&Gas
  • Experience in selling Solutions or Project Business via EPC


Education & Training
  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics from reputable University
  • DCS, PLC, SCADA, IIoT Training
  • Project Management and Sales Training
  •  Require intensive travelling inside the country
  • Low profile but confidence
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Challengers
