  • Lead business development campaigns to generate Digital Enterprise business opportunities across multiple verticals (Industrial Digitalization / Industry 4.0)
  • Develop business strategies for specific verticals (Automotive, Food and Beverages, Chemical, etc.) along with vertical management team and technology owners
  • Act as liaison between different technology areas (Business Units – BUs) to prepare value propositions for end-customers.
  • Support in the development of partners capabilities around industrial digitalization.
  • Develop strategic planning to foster the Internet of Energy concept along with products owners.
  • Coordinate and perform operational activities enabling the exploitation of vertical and product markets
Basic Qualifications
  • Generation of knowledge for the strategy of the assigned accounts as well as their ecosystem.
  • Analysis of the client's market, positioning, needs, business opportunities.
  • Development of a business plan for their assigned accounts (Account business Plan).
  • Management and development of key contacts with clients at all hierarchical levels.
  • Construction of value offers.
  • Development of specific product / service concepts.
  • Initiate, facilitate, contribute to contract negotiation.
  • Handling of customer complaints as the main point of escalation.
  • Cross OPCO profile.
  • Identify and develop digitization opportunities. Responsible for the volume of accounts - OI, Pipeline, Account penetration and CRM
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or similar
  • 3 years of minimum experience managing projects / end clients
  • Knowledge / experience of the F&B market and specific clients.
  • Management of executive English.
