Training Manager

Job Description

What are my responsibilities? 

  • Overseeing and managing on training programs that include digital training for Siemens Mobility, Customer Service Thailand.
  • Identify and assess the training needs of the organization and consultation with Section Managers to increase knowledge and competency of all functional level in Customer Services Project. 
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods and be the process owner for all procedures regarding training.
  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training institutes to develop and deliver training.
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
  • Controlling of preparation develop of training manuals and execution of all training class and tangible test results.
  • Regularly evaluate monitor and follow up organizational training performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance to achieve target indicator.
  • Analyze/Develop/Follow up on training course conducted according to the annual plan and ensure training record are retain and prepare training report on regular basis.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and Management.
  • Keep update of training trends, developments, and best practices. 
  • Program Manager/Leader for Education Program cooperative with government or institute partner
  • Effectively manage the training budget.
Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field 
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in training and development management
  • Systematic strategic and creative mindset.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good communication in English for writing, listening and speaking.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
