Job Description: Chief of Staff & HPS Leader CORINDUS

Responsibilities Chief of Staff:

·       Supporting the CEO in leading and managing the business

·       Sparring partner and sounding board for CEO and CFO

·       Organize the leadership team’s way of working to support the CEO in building a highly performing team, apply HPS methods and agile visual management to highlight potential misses and issues for discussion

·       Facilitate leadership team meetings and manage the agenda

·       Drive leadership team to uncovering and resolving underlying issues and potential disconnect, foster and mediate healthy conflict between leadership team members and build communicative bridges between team members; to that extent, remain close to the leadership team’s needs and roadmaps for developing their respective areas of responsibility

·       Lead and work on specific projects or topics with high relevance for the business

Responsibilities HPS Leader:

·       Drive HPS roll-out, set-up implementation roadmap and coordinate transition in the organization

·       Closely align with leadership team on priorities and operational, financial and strategic performance improvement targets

·       Oversee action plans to deliver on performance Improvement targets and manage deviations

·       Coaching of complex and critical top challenges of the organization

·       Orchestrating Hoshin Kanri process


·       Ability to lead without authority in senior management teams

·       Extensive and proven project management skills preferably gained in strategic / tactic change projects

·       Extensive skills in management consultation and lean management, incl. a methodical way of thinking

·       Ability to inspire & convince, influence without authority

·       Convincing change driver, can establish a network built on trust

·       Results and quality orientation

·       High analytic capability and organizational skills


·       Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree preferred with willingness to travel up to 25%.

·       At least 8+ years of experience working in management positions with strategic/tactical execution and responsibility. Experience organizing and strategic problem-solving workshops and coaching.

·       Proven ability to collaborate with executive team members. 

·       Ideal candidate must demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, leadership, information processing and initiative. 

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills.
