Then come and join our global team as Process Mining Service Owner (f/m/d) to carry out the implementation of a new global service. This includes setting up trainings, consulting processes and development support, as well as platform, technology and vendor management to expand our digitalization strategy in terms of process analysis and improvement.

The position can be filled full-time or part-time (min. 30h/week).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will establish a framework of guidance, training, and enablement processes to drive adoption of Process Mining at SHS globally
  • You will promote the innovative opportunities of Process Mining within Siemens Healthineers and develop high profile use cases that show the business value to a large group of business partners
  • You guide and advise internal customers on their way to creating, developing and independently using process mining solutions
  • You are responsible for the implementation, support and further development of process mining platforms, ensure the compliance with process-related, functional and technical specifications, and drive the fulfillment of all quality-related requirements, such as documentation
  • You will develop strategies on how to improve process mining overall at SHS, keep up to date on the latest process mining trends and help determine our process mining strategy

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a master's degree in computer science, medical information technology, mathematics, business information technology, or similar
  • You have several years of experience working in the field of Process Mining or in the Process area (e.g., Process automation) 
  • You bring profound knowledge of process design and IT landscapes
  • You have good understanding of process mining solutions (like Celonis and/or Mehrwerk Process Mining)
  • You have a basic understanding of business intelligence tools (like Qlik Sense and/or Power BI)
  • You have experience in Process Mining with in-depth knowledge about:
    • Data extraction from various data sources (like Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, M365)
    • Data transformation and performance optimized modelling
    • Data visualization using best practices with high end-user focus
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the training area

  • Your business-fluent English enables you to collaborate and communicate with colleagues in an international environment. German language skills are an added plus
  • You work creatively and independently to find solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s challenges
  • You can closely liaise with business users and business analysts to understand their needs to find and develop technical BI solutions
  • You are confident to challenge requirements from business users when appropriate to achieve the best possible results, i.e., ability to consult and provide advice
You have a strong analytical mindset for solving problems as well as good people skills and the ability to motivate colleagues in implementing solutions
