We offer a challenging and developing role and are looking for those who, with the help of the market's strongest products and solutions, want to contribute to the continuous development of our project deliveries. In this role, we can guarantee that every day will be different, you will independently lead the implementation of equipment, specifically within diagnostic and interventional imaging, but also our new digital solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will cover all aspects of project management, including design and implementation, planning and execution, performance and monitoring, and project completion. As a Project Manager, you will be an important cog at all levels in our organization, with great opportunities to influence and add value to Siemens Healthineers as well as Swedish and Nordic healthcare, society, and its patients.

  • You drive independently, and together with your project team, projects through all phases, from installation and start-up to handover of the finished project to the customer.
  • You have complete technical and financial responsibility for the projects and are primarily responsible for communication with customers, subcontractors, factories, members of the project team together other contact points within our local and global organization.
  • You manage projects according to the Siemens Healthineers' global project process PM @ Siemens, where you are responsible for coordinating and managing all project activities in accordance with best practice  within the established contract, cost and time frame.
  • You prepare and follow up projects using the Siemens Healthineers planning tools and continuously report the development of the projects.
  • You work efficiently and in close collaboration with your colleagues and other functions within Siemens Healthineers at both Sweden and the Nordic levels to ensure the best possible delivery.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a university degree in biomedical engineering, healthcare or other qualifications relevant to the position.
  • To be successful in the role, we believe that you have a strong drive and great customer focus that creates new business opportunities based on ongoing projects.
  • You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both written and verbally.

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have a positive "can do" and practical attitude where you can see things from different angles and like to find new, innovative solutions to different challenges.
  • It’s an advantage is if you feel comfortable conducting dialogues about different IT systems in healthcare, and have knowledge of network architecture and cloud and hybrid solutions.
  • The ability to communicate and build relationships is an important success factor.
  • You are solution-oriented and collaborative, and together with your colleagues at Siemens Healthineers, you deliver projects and solutions that add value for our customers.
  • You have an interest in technology and IT combined with a business approach with ambitions to develop within our organization.
