Then come and join our global team as Treasury Project Manager (f/m/d) (focusing on M&A). 

Your new working environment will be Healthineers Treasury. In this function you will report directly to the management of Treasury Strategy & Projects at Siemens Healthineers. You will support the development of Treasury in a global environment at Siemens Healthineers.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • As part of the (organic and inorganic) changes to the company, you will represent the Treasury function vis-à-vis all relevant Healthineers functions and external parties, as well as in all necessary committees
  • You will identify the risks and opportunities which may be involved in a transaction for Treasury-relevant topics and will draw up measures to minimize risks and seize opportunities in conjunction with the relevant interface departments
  • You will manage all Treasury-relevant phases of the transactions and coordinate topics in the post-merger phase
  • As a project manager within Treasury you will provide support as part of the design and implementation of the Treasury function at Siemens Healthineers
  • In this dynamic environment you will take on subprojects and work with each specialist area to develop concepts and solutions and support implementation where necessary

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in business administration, economics or economic sciences (MBA/advanced degree) or a subject area which covers the requirements of the position very well
  • You have many years of experience in the Treasury/Corporate Finance environment, which has enabled you to gain sound experience of M&A
  • You have experience of project work and project management involving tight timescales, and you have already taken on responsibility for (sub)projects

Your attributes and skills:

  • Your personal qualities include an analytical mindset, conceptual strengths and a very strong talent for organization
  • You are highly dedicated, flexible, and open to new topics
  • On a personal level, you are a confident, decisive and proactive team player with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are confident using all MS Office programs, and your profile is rounded out with very good German and English language skills
