Job Responsibility
• Achieve sales budget, prepare forecast, quotation, offer and lead/comply with sales related process
• follow entire business cycle from customer project opportunity identification to the closure of the sales contract in conjunction with channel business partner and/or system integrators. 
• Ensure adequate growth opportunity pipeline and maximize customer satisfaction by influencing internal stakeholders to support delivery 
• Support marketing activity by collecting necessary information and intelligence 
• Set sales target and able to drive for growth by mobilizing internal resources.
• Represent company as major customer interface for key accounts concerned.
• Organize technical exchange session to understand future trends and product road map
• Develop sales strategy or key account plan to align resources.

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in sales, commercial role for technical/ manufacturing products. Preferably technically savvy in commercial vehicle or automotive industries / markets. 
• Fluent English in both written and spoken and Mandarin being native languages.
• Experienced in dealing with complex sales situations and sales channels at the same time understand direct OEM business 
• Able to function independently with business acumen to prioritize projects opportunity to focus
• Engineering, business degree background preferred, but not must.
• Self-starter, able to present to customers and sell ideas internally for support to win opportunities 
• Have demonstrated with prior experience to develop new customers and maintain existing ones.
• Basic financial knowledge in a business case.
