Then come and join our global team as Senior User Experience (UX) Manager (f/m/d) for teamplay, and shape the Siemens Healthineers digital portfolio to create the basis for tomorrow's precision medicine. For this position, mobile working within the framework of our company regulations is possible.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • As part of our global Technology Center for Design and User Experience, which is directly linked to our Chief Technology Officer, you will manage and coordinate all User Experience activities relating to teamplay-based applications
  • In this function you will be the main contact for colleagues from Product Management and Development as well as User Experience. You will actively shape and organize collaboration to optimize the success of the project, bearing in mind the interests of our customers and teamplay users
  • You will be the functional manager for the User Experience team for teamplay-based applications; together you will develop creative and innovative operating concepts and user interface designs to help our users continue to improve their services in healthcare provision
  • With your experience and the results of our user studies, you will help to shape the overarching product strategy and ensure that the requirements of our teamplay users with regard to user-friendliness are incorporated into the development of future Siemens Healthineers products
  • You will coordinate your concept ideas and procedures actively and across different areas with the other project teams within the User Experience organization and the teamplay organization, and act as an ambassador for a collaborative, constructive and creative design culture

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in human computer interaction, interaction design, media design, ergonomics, psychology – or you are a creative lateral entrant with a sound knowledge of UX design
  • You have many years of professional experience, either in an agency environment or in an in-house UX team. Ideally you have previous experience in medical technology
  • You already have experience of managing UX teams in complex projects and/or multiple products in parallel and coordinating all UX activities
  • You have a lot of experience of direct collaboration between UX and software and hardware development, including in global setups


Your attributes and skills:

  • You are business-fluent in English; German language skills would be an advantage
  • You have a very good understanding of UX and are able to communicate this effectively to different stakeholders
  • You have a very high awareness of quality for UX and understand the need to ensure this quality together with your team as well
  • As UX is your great passion, you keep yourself up to date at all times with the latest developments, trends and innovative solutions in all sectors
  • You are able to motivate others, are proactive and results-oriented and contribute topics independently which you then drive forward
