SHL Real Estate Technical Manager(Digital Workplace Solution)

Job Description

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Assess and define proper building technical solutions to meet internal clients’ needs.
  2. Develop facility management KPIs and data analysis.
  3. Contribute to sustainability policy and EHS standards implementation.
  4. Consult, support or manage the implementation of minimum security requirements and customer demands.
  5. Responsible for the local risk analysis and the security concept and documentation.
  6. Conduct special projects with expert knowledge in various real estate disciplines.
  7. Facilitate best practice sharing or benchmarking for internal partner.
  8. Support process accuracy, contribute to continuous improvement of real estate costs/operations in office and manufacturing locations.                           


Your qualifications and experience:

  1. At least 8 years’ experience in real estate with comprehensive command on building technology, facility management and EHS principles;
  2. Bachelor degree in Engineering or other real estate related majors
  3. Skills in AutoCAD application is a good plus;
  4. Advanced project management skills;
  5. Knowledge of multiple Corporate Real Estate disciplines
  6. Experience in digital workplace solution is highly appreciated
