Then come and join our global team as Product Owner (f/m/d) M365 Search to support translating the requirements in this area into system requirements.

The position can be filled full-time or part-time with min. 30h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You carry out end-to-end support for one or more IT services in the area of M365 Search in close cooperation with the business and other internal IT service teams and architects, ensuring the operation of IT services
  • You drive the implementation of a company-wide search service, analyze new business requirements to further increase productivity in the business units and to evaluate the current system state
  • As part of new developments, you create a product / service backlog within a Scrum team. During the implementation, you will work closely with business stakeholders (e.g. business owners, key users) and with external partners
  • You coordinate the operation of our internal IT services , i.e. you analyze, monitor and coordinate service changes
  • You drive the further harmonization of IT services for internal communication and assess the migration of existing solutions into the Siemens Healthineers IT service landscape
  • In addition, you are responsible for compliance with the Q, ISEQ and DP regulations

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a master's degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in IT, ideally in international projects and / or international applications
  • You have experience in training and are motivated to empower a support team to deliver high quality support for your services
  • You show good knowledge in the area of SharePoint and other M365 Services
  • Experience with M365 Enterprise Search, fast search or MS Graph is a plus
  • You have profound knowledge in the area of user adoption, change management and coaching or consulting

Your attributes and skills:

  • As you will be working with international colleagues, you are fluent in English, both written and in speech. German language skills are a plus
  • With your analytical and methodical skills, you manage the product backlog with global requirements as well as support the team by taking dependencies into account
  • As an excellent team player with a strong focus on (internal) stakeholders you communicate and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment. You have the ability to collaborate remotely with the functional teams in India and the USA
  • You are a self-starter, capable of working with very little supervision and are capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved
